Samples of information

These samples are either dated complete reports or partial reports.

Consumer Pulse

This quarterly report contains tracking surveys which are predictive of short-term discretionary consumer spending.  The data is diagnostic in the sense that it indicates which consumer segments are adjusting their spending and in which direction.  Measures include willingness to spend and save, perceived financial wellbeing, expected future movement in interest rates and house prices, and preferred investment asset classes.  Since this sample was produced, we have added a measure of preferred movement in interest rates and we analyse willingness to spend and save, and perceived financial wellbeing by broad age group and gender.
